Position Overview:

We are looking for a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – SCM to join our Supply Chain team. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a career in supply chain management with hands-on experience in procurement, inventory management, vendor coordination, and logistics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing procurement activities including sourcing and supplier negotiations
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels across various departments
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for timely deliveries
• Support the SCM team in demand planning and forecasting
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to supply chain operations
• Analyze supply chain data to identify process improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
