MTO -Supply Chain Female

Soft Nation Technologies is hiring for MTO Supply Chain Female to join the team

Timings: 12pm-9pm
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in procurement and purchasing activities, including RFQs, POs, and vendor follow-ups.
• Support vendor sourcing, evaluation, and coordination under senior supervision.
• Help monitor inventory levels and assist in demand planning to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Coordinate with internal departments (finance, operations, warehouse) for smooth supply chain flow.
• Assist in logistics and delivery tracking to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, vendors, inventory, and documentation.
• Support invoice verification and coordination with accounts for payments.
• Participate in supply chain analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Learn and follow company procurement policies and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Basic understanding of supply chain concepts such as procurement, inventory, logistics, and credit terms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
