MTO Supply Chain -Female

Soft Nation Technologies is hiring for MTO Supply Chain -Female to join the team. We are looking for a driven and ambitious Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to join our Supply Chain division. You will gain exposure to procurement, warehousing, logistics, demand planning, and vendor management building the foundation for a leadership career in supply chain operations.

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, karachi
Timings: 12pm-9pm (Monday- Friday)

Role:

• Rotate across supply chain functions including procurement, warehousing, logistics, and planning
• Support day-to-day supply chain operations and order fulfilment activities
• Assist in vendor evaluation, purchase order management, and supplier coordination
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock reconciliation processes
• Prepare and analyse supply chain reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers
• Participate in process improvement and cost optimisation projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, sales, and finance
• Gradually take on independent responsibilities aligned with business needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
