Key Responsibilities

• Lead category planning to maximize sales, inventory efficiency & profitability
• Develop dashboards, reports, and business insights for management review
• Manage budgets, purchase cycles, and payment planning
• Control inventory, aging stock, replenishment & stock optimization
• Analyze sales, margins, and stock turns to drive promotions & markdowns
• Ensure profitability through strategic buying and liquidation planning
• Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate pricing & delivery terms
• Plan imported stock from China, including costing and budgeting analysis

Ideal Candidate
✔ Business Graduate
✔ 7–8 years of experience in Retail, FMCG, or Wholesale Planning
✔ 2–3 years of experience in a managerial role
✔ Strong analytical & planning skills
✔ Advanced Excel & reporting expertise
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
