Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of transportation systems and logistics operations
• Knowledge of route planning, traffic flow, and transport fundamentals
• Familiarity with transport safety and regulatory compliance (basic level)
• Willingness to work in field operations and coordinate with drivers and vendors
• Team collaboration and coordination skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist in transportation and fleet operations under supervision
• Support route planning, scheduling, and daily transport operations
• Assist in monitoring vehicle utilization, movement, and performance
• Support implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to transportation
• Assist in data collection and preparation of transportation performance reports
• Support compliance with transport regulations and safety standards
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Learn ERP transportation and logistics modules
• Support senior management in day-to-day transportation activities
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for transport efficiency
