Key Responsibilities:

• Design and verify ultra-high-speed AMS circuits for next generation Optical Engines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and review block-level specifications.
• Perform transistor level simulations, design optimization, and modeling.
• Evaluate, measure, and debug silicon prototypes through characterization until high volume production.
• Contribute to design reviews, documentation, and methodology improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ Years of Experience
• Deep industry experience designing High-Speed AMS Blocks/subsystems.
• Ownership of full design cycles from concept to production.
• Ability to define architecture, drive specifications, and lead sub-teams, as needed.
• Expertise in silicon validation, optimization, and yield improvement.
• BiCMOS high‑speed design expertise (TIAs, PAs & Drivers) is a major plus.
