Key Responsibilities:

• Design and verify ultra-high-speed AMS circuits for next generation Optical Engines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and review block-level specifications.

• Perform transistor level simulations, design optimization, and modeling.

• Evaluate, measure, and debug silicon prototypes through characterization until high volume production.

• Contribute to design reviews, documentation, and methodology improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ Years of Experience

• Strong industrial experience in analog/mixed signal circuit design.

• Understanding of transistor level design, simulation, and verification.

• Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or similar tools.

• Exposure to high speed analog building blocks.

• Basic familiarity with FinFET technologies is a plus.
