Tasks & Responsibilities:

Monitor on a daily basis Contractor progress including costs of materials delivered, materials installed, materials dredged, labor resources employed, equipment resources utilized and other statistical management.

Verify the contractor’s monthly request for payment derived from surveyed completed fill quantities.

Development and provision of data and information to produce progress reporting and monthly schedule status.

Assist as required the development of budgets and costs-at-completion.

Accumulation of statistical progress and resource data on a daily basis.

Provide Quantity estimates for progress payment purposes and update final quantity estimates based upon actual progress data.

Variation analysis and estimates, and Analysis of costs of delay as required. Cost analysis of alternative means and methods as required.

Provision of progress data for schedule purpos
Requirements:
-
Bachelor`s degree in Civil/Arch Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum 12 years
of overall experience in construction projects,
including 6 years in Cost Control.

Strong Knowledge of cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and project financial reporting.

Proficiency in cost control software (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP, or similar tools).

Solid understanding of contract management, change orders, and claims analysis.

Ability to prepare accurate cost reports, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for cost optimization.

Very good English language skills
, both written and spoken
(is a must).

Experience in large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or residential projects is preferred.
