Multi-Client Bookkeeper

Overview

This is an opportunity for a customer-first professional who seeks to build a career in our new bookkeeping division.

You have spent your career working across a portfolio of clients, not in-house for one company. You enjoy untangling messy books as much as you like talking to clients. You can communicate proactively when something doesn't add up, and treat clients with patience and clarity. You are not intimidated by technology and look forward to finding better ways to work. You take pride in producing financials that a tax professional can trust on the first pass.

As a Multi-Client Bookkeeper at Lifeline Tax Solutions, you will own the full cleanup and reconciliation process for a book of clients, work closely with the tax preparation and tax resolution teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients navigating their financials, often for the first time in several years.

We are looking for candidates who have balanced experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and tax and want to help us scale this division. As it grows, there will be an opportunity for expanded responsibility, leadership, and involvement in other divisions.

This position will initially focus on prior-period cleanup and shift to ongoing monthly or quarterly reconciliations over time.
