Multi Discipline Inspector

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections across various disciplines (civil, mechanical, welding, piping, E&I) as per approved ITPs.
• Review and verify material certificates, method statements, WPS, drawings, and specifications.
• Maintain inspection reports, NCRs, punch lists, and quality records for handover.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes (ASME, API, ASTM, ISO, IEC, ACI, etc.).
• Conduct weld visual inspections (VT) for root, hot pass, fill, and cap.
• Verify WPS/PQR compliance and welding parameters.
• Coordinate NDT activities (RT, UT, MT, PT) and review results before approval.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Instrumentation).
• 5+ years' experience in multi-discipline QA/QC roles in EPC / Oil & Gas / Infrastructure projects.
• Certifications required:
• Bgas Gr 2
• CSWIP 3.1 /3.2
• Strong understanding of project inspection procedures and international code requirements.
