Multi-Process Welding Trainer – South Sudan

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical & practical training on multi-process welding techniques.
• Develop and update training materials & manuals as per project standards.
• Conduct Welder Qualification Tests (WQT) and certify welders.
• Maintain training records, welder continuity logs, and certifications.
• Collaborate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure a safe training environment.
• Evaluate welder performance and provide constructive coaching.
• Support onboarding of new welders and continuous upskilling of workforce.
• Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and root cause analysis of welding issues.

Requirements

Must Have:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in welding (Oil & Gas / EPCC projects).
• Proven expertise in SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW processes.
• Strong knowledge of AWS D1.1, ASME IX, API 1104 codes.
• Prior experience as a trainer/instructor in welding.
• Technical certification in welding; AWS CWI/CWE preferred.
• Ability to interpret WPS, PQR, and engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Flexibility to work in site-based or rotational assignments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
