Welding Technician – Oil & Gas Sector - Kyrgyzstan

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Welding Technician to join our oil & gas engineering team. The role involves executing high-quality welding and cutting operations on various materials and components used in oil & gas projects, piping systems, structural fabrication, and equipment installation. The candidate must be proficient in multiple welding techniques and ensure compliance with international welding codes, safety protocols, and project quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, Arc, Gas Welding, and Brazing on carbon steel, stainless steel (SS), and alloy materials.
• Carry out welding in all positions (horizontal, vertical, overhead) as per project requirements.
• Execute argon welding and gas cutting for pipelines, pressure vessels, and structural steel.
• Interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and welding symbols accurately to perform fabrication.
• Ensure weld joints meet ASME, AWS, and API standards applicable to the oil & gas sector.
• Conduct visual inspections and basic NDT checks to maintain weld integrity.
• Strictly adhere to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies during all welding operations.
• Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to achieve project deadlines and quality deliverables.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder in oil & gas, refinery, or EPC projects.
• Knowledge of international welding codes and standards.
• Ability to work with piping systems, structural steel, and pressure equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
