Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott, including up-selling. Determine and give complimentaries to guests as gifts for their patronage (e.g., rewards points, show tickets, gift certificates). Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points. Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail. Enter Marriott Rewards information into appropriate software when taking guest reservations. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns. Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing).Assist management in training and motivating employees; serve as a role model. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.Assist the Multi-Property Senior Sales Manager in executing the sales strategy for luxury travel agencies and Consortia partners.Manage a defined account portfolio/assigned market, which are tied to the individual sales
targets.Drive suite and villa sales through luxury and boutique programs to maximize revenue
potential.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with luxury travel partners. Conduct domestic and overseas sales calls, client meetings and entertainments, effectively positioning the property with key partners.Attend and represent the property at the assigned global luxury showcases, tradeshows, exhibitions, and industry events, ensuring a strong presence in the luxury travel
segment.Support the preparation of sales presentations, reports, proposals, and brochures; ensure sales collateral and site inspection materials reflect the property s luxury positioning.Coordinate logistics and act as the primary contact for familiarization trips, site inspections, and client visits, delivering seamless and memorable experiences.Maintain and update the client database with accurate contact details, preferences, and booking history.Prepare and distribute sales kits and promotional materials for key accounts; ensure content across platforms is accurate and consistent with the brand s positioning.Handle follow-ups on client inquiries, support negotiations, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored experiences for VIP guests.Participate in internal sales meetings and product trainings; support execution of agreed action plans.Conduct research on target markets and identify new agency opportunities, compiling detailed account profiles to support business
