Job Summary:
The Multi Property Training Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing learning and development initiatives across multiple properties within the organization. This role ensures that training programs align with brand standards, business goals, and employee development needs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs across multiple properties to ensure consistency and quality of service.
  • Conduct training needs analyses in collaboration with property management teams to identify skills gaps and development opportunities.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring alignment with brand and company standards.
  • Support leadership development programs and succession planning initiatives across the cluster. Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and follow-up evaluations.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with corporate training requirements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to implement property-specific training initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.
  • Support employee engagement and recognition activities related to learning and development.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all training materials reflect company values and culture.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR, preferably in a multi-property or hospitality environment.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
