The Multisite Manager will oversee operations across multiple specialty coffee shops, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and brand standards. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for specialty coffee culture. The manager will drive performance, mentor teams, and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence in every cup.
Responsibility
- Coffee operations : Supervise daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to specialty coffee standards and company policies.
- Analyze branch sales levels and profitability, create and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
- Quality control: Maintain consistency in coffee preparation, brewing methods, and product offerings across all sites.
- Training of the team at Branch level focusing on specialty coffee knowledge, customer service, and operational excellence.
- Customer experience: Ensure each store delivers a welcoming environment and exceptional service, resolving escalated customer concerns.
- Performance management: Track KPIs such as sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across all locations.
- Inventory control to guarantee product availability and quality.
- Assist the Baristas, stations and coffee shop events.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in the same role in Coffee shop management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
- Well-organized, detailed oriented, and able to multi-task
- Must have effective problem solving/decision making abilities
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
