Multi-Site Operations Manager (Dental) – Brooklyn Based

Are you an experienced operations leader ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a hands-on Multi-Site Operations Manager to oversee 2–5 dental offices and ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day operations.

About the Role:
You’ll play a key role in supporting our practices by managing staffing, ensuring accurate billing and revenue cycle management (RCM), and driving strong patient experiences. You’ll work closely with our providers and front-office teams to keep everything running seamlessly across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations across 2–5 offices
• Manage staffing schedules, recruitment, and training
• Monitor and optimize billing, collections, and RCM processes
• Support front-office and back-office teams to ensure efficiency
• Collaborate with leadership to improve systems, workflows, and patient satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Dental office experience is required (operations, billing, or management)
• Strong background in staffing and team management
• Proven ability to manage multi-site operations
• Resides in Brooklyn, NY or nearby (local travel required)
