Equans is looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our team based at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. The working hours are between 2pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
We are seeking a skilled and qualified Electrician who also brings experience in another engineering discipline such as Mechanical or Fabric to join our team.
Undertake improvement work, maintenance and repairs of electrical and non-complex mechanical plant, services and physical assets including testing and routine fault finding
The responsibilities will mainly be at the Acute Hospital, but will also include duties at the Mental Health unit and Retained Estate as required by the Estates management team
Undertake any reasonable duties to maintain all services to the NHS Trust
Carry out all works in compliance with EQUANS’s KPI’s and contract
Carry out unsupervised maintenance and repairs and report any defects or unusual circumstances to the Supervisor

AM2/JIB Gold Card Approved Electrician
18th Edition of the Wiring Regulations C& G 2382-18
Driving licence
This role includes a DBS Standard check therefore ability to pass is essential.
