Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in building maintenance and repair. The candidate must have 4–5 years of GCC experience and the ability to handle multiple trades efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and basic HVAC.
• Carry out preventive maintenance schedules to ensure smooth operation of equipment and facilities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain proper records of work done and materials used.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of GCC experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician.
• Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and basic HVAC systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Physically fit and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 2,200 – 2,500 per month
• Overtime: Provided
