1. Technical Duties:
- Multi-Skilled Technician responsibilities will be such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing assets troubleshooting. Supporting in performing electrical repairs, HVAC maintenance & civil works.
- Multi skilled technician duties will be overseeing other trades on Building operations.
- Performing for installation, maintenance, repair of MEP systems & associated systems as well.
- Trouble shooting & carry out preventive maintenance schedules and record tasks using CAFM systems.
- Performing brazing & welding tasks related to PPR, HDPE pipes, HVAC systems as well.
- Assist in carrying out Planned preventive maintenance (PPM)for Plumbing equipment, including Water supply piping (Cold & Hot water systems), Drainage, waste piping systems, sanitary fixtures, Water heaters, Pumps (Transfer, Pressurization, Sump, Booster or similar pumps), Valves (Gate, Butterfly or similar), NRV, Rainwater harvesting systems etc….
- Executes PPM & reactive works for HVAC assets like FAHU, AHU, Split units, FCU, chillers etc……
- Perform Maintenance/repairing of High pressure, pipes, fittings.
- Executes PPM & reactive works for electrical assets like MDB, Capacitor Bank, SMDB, DB, control panel etc……
- Replace faulty valves & fixtures-unblock drainage systems.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by management on an ongoing basis.
- Be available 24/7 standby duty as per duty roaster
- Respond to breakdown calls and rectify faults within defined SLAs.
- Provide technical support for events and exhibitions, including set-ups and temporary installations.
- Conduct inspections and perform safe testing of systems during commissioning, shutdown, and start-up periods.
- Assist & support for other MEP trades on operation.
- Evaluate Plumbing systems & Identify system deficiencies, life-safety hazards, risks & remaining useful life (RUL).
- Proactive approach towards Building assets.
- Recommend repair, replacement, or upgrade strategies.
- Respond to breakdown calls & rectify faults within defined SLAs.
- Conduct inspections & perform safe testing of system during commissioning shutdown & start up periods
- Day to day MEP site operations on site
- Utility monitoring of site, report & take action in case any abnormal rise in Utilities
- Initiate energy management solutions like water saving & ensure proper energy saving ongoing at site
2. Support Services:
- Coordinate with supervisors to complete scheduled maintenance activities.
- Assist engineers and senior technicians with major repairs and system overhauls.
- Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary maintenance team across residential communities, event centers, and hospitality assets.
- Coordinate with technical team to complete schedules maintenance activities.
- Complete BCA Report withing deadline by capturing all asset conditions in detail.

3. Health, Safety & Environment:
- Adhere to all HSE guidelines and standard operating procedures set by Modon.
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and in safe working conditions.
- Immediately report unsafe practices, incidents, or hazards to the supervisor.
- Refrain from Unsafe work activities which are hazards
Qualification:
- Education: Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in a multi-technical maintenance or facilities service’s role.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality facilities is preferred.
Competencies:
- Technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with CAFM systems
- Team player with strong multitasking abilities
- Basic communication skills (English – mandatory; Arabic is a plus)
