Multi-skilled Technician (Electrician + General Maintenance)

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Focus – Electrical Works:

• Cable pulling (power and low current)
• Installation and connection of electrical panels (main DB, automation/control panels)
• Wiring and installation of sockets, switches, lighting fixtures, and sensors
• Reading and understanding electrical layouts and technical drawings

General Maintenance Support:

• Plumbing tasks: fixing leaks, installing faucets, basic pipework
• AC support: basic servicing of split units (cleaning filters, diagnosing minor issues)
• Carpentry tasks: minor repair works, fixing doors, hinges, handles, furniture
• Assisting in fit-out and maintenance work at residential and commercial sites

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE or GCC
• Strong knowledge in residential and light commercial electrical installations
• Hands-on experience with tools and equipment for electrical and general maintenance
• Ability to work independently and follow project instructions
• Basic English communication (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications:

• UAE driving license (Category 3 or 5) is an advantage
• Experience with smart home systems or automation is a plus
• Basic understanding of HSE practices on site
