Multi Store Manager – KSA

Location: Jeddah

Reports To: Operations Manager ME.

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for operations, team development, and customer excellence? We’re looking for a Multi Store Manage r to oversee and elevate performance across multiple store locations in KSA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive sales across multiple branches.
• Lead, mentor, and empower store teams to deliver top-tier results.
• Manage inventory levels, control costs, and monitor financial performance.
• Uphold top-tier customer experience and service standards.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and municipality regulations.
• Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales.
• Comfortable with monthly intercity travel (Jeddah ↔ Riyadh).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or diploma in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a retail, café, or restaurant management role.
• Proven experience in leading multi-store operations.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of financial KPIs and operational reports.
• Experience in multi-cultural environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office.
