Multi Technician

Qubello Facility Management LLC is seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Technician to join our team( Dubai). The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in a variety of technical disciplines including Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems. The role also involves performing small-scale Carpentry and Civil works as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• HVAC Systems:
• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including split AC units and centralized HVAC units.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance for HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with compressors, condensers, evaporators, and other HVAC components.
• Clean and replace filters, inspect coils, and ensure proper refrigerant levels.
• Electrical Systems:
• Conduct routine electrical maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairing wiring, circuit breakers, switches, and other electrical components.
• Install, repair, and replace lighting fixtures, power outlets, and other electrical devices.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes and standards.
• Assist with electrical panel installations, load balancing, and connection of equipment.
• Plumbing Works:
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, valves, and water heaters.
• Identify and resolve issues such as blockages, leaks, and faulty fixtures.
• Perform pressure testing, piping replacements, and minor plumbing installations as required.
• General Maintenance:
• Perform basic carpentry tasks such as fixing doors, assembling shelves, and minor woodwork.
• Carry out small-scale civil works including plastering, tile fixing, and basic masonry tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of assigned facilities, identifying potential issues and resolving them efficiently.
• Document and report all performed works and maintenance activities to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Multi Technician in the UAE, with strong expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Skills: Proficiency in handling, maintaining, and repairing HVAC and electrical systems is essential.
• Additional Skills: Basic knowledge of carpentry and civil works is a plus.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
