Multi-Technician

· Perform corrective and preventive facility maintenance of MEP systems and equipment, including Air Conditioning, electrical, lighting, and plumbing works.

· Attending all Emergencies and call-out instructed by the management during and after working hours.

· Assess and diagnose faults, estimate repair times and material needs, carry out repairs and determine whether emergency repairs are required. Utilize temporary repairs to make safe until a complete repair can be undertaken.

· Write clear and detailed service reports at the end of each service.

· Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

. Has experience in Fit-out MEP installations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
