Job Title: Senior MEP Multi-Technician with Driving License

Job Location: Dubai

Reporting to: Company Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced AC/ MEP Multi-Technician to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The MEP Technician will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of MEP systems in commercial, residential, and industrial facilities. The role requires a valid UAE driving license, as the technician will need to travel to different job sites within the city.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Installation & Maintenance:

Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in various buildings, including HVAC systems, lighting, power distribution, water supply, and drainage systems.

Perform routine maintenance checks on MEP systems to ensure their efficiency and longevity.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in MEP systems and implement timely corrective actions.

Troubleshooting & Repairs:

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system malfunctions.

Provide emergency repair services to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.

Ensure all repairs are carried out according to manufacturer instructions and local building codes.

Quality Control & Compliance:

Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols when performing maintenance, repairs, and installations.

Ensure compliance with all local regulations, including building codes and safety standards (e.g., UAE Fire and Life Safety Codes).

Perform inspections to ensure the MEP systems are operating correctly and in line with safety requirements.

Customer Service & Communication:

Communicate effectively with clients and building managers to explain issues and solutions.

Provide excellent customer service while addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.

Report on completed work and any recommended improvements or repairs.

Travel & On-Site Visits:

Travel to various job sites across Dubai to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations.

Use the company vehicle to commute to job sites, ensuring the vehicle is well-maintained and ready for use.

Document and report daily activities, including travel and time management on-site.

Team Collaboration & Support:

Work as part of a team or independently, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Assist other technicians and staff when necessary and share knowledge to promote skill development.

Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new MEP technologies and industry standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ø Qualified in MEP-related fields or equivalent experience.

Ø Proven experience of experience in MEP maintenance and repair.

Ø Extensive knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

Ø Proven leadership and project management skills.

Ø Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Ø Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.

Ø Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ø Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are highly desirable.

Ø Valid driver's license.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
