Multi Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multi Technician to join our maintenance team immediately. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance works. The role involves carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems and equipment.
• Carry out electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and installation works.
• Perform plumbing maintenance, including repairs of pipes, fixtures, pumps, and drainage systems.
• Assist with HVAC maintenance, servicing, and basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct carpentry, painting, and general handyman tasks as required.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Inspect facilities and identify potential maintenance issues.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to complete maintenance activities efficiently.

Requirements

• Currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.
• Proven experience as a Multi Technician, Maintenance Technician, Facilities Technician, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance systems.
• Ability to diagnose faults and perform repairs independently.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and capable of handling maintenance-related tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical diploma, ITI, vocational certification, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in commercial buildings, residential properties, hotels, hospitals, or facility management environments.
• Relevant trade certifications will be an added advantage.
• Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
