Multi-Welder (TIG / MIG / SMAW – 6G Certified)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Welder proficient in TIG, MIG, and SMAW with strong experience in 6G (uphill & downhill) pipe welding. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pipeline projects for water and gas, delivering high-quality welds that meet industrial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks using TIG, MIG, and SMAW processes.
• Execute high-precision 6G pipe welding (uphill & downhill).
• Work on pipeline projects (water & gas) including installation, connection, and maintenance.
• Read and interpret engineering and isometric drawings and WPS.
• Prepare weld joints including fitting, alignment, and beveling.
• Ensure weld quality meets ASME/API/AWS standards.
• Support and cooperate with QC inspectors for NDT requirements (RT, UT, PT, MT).
• Maintain welding machines and tools.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of welding experience, preferably in oil & gas and pipeline projects (water & gas).
• Valid certifications in TIG, MIG, SMAW – 6G.
• Ability to weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy materials.
• Ability to pass company welding tests (6G).
• Physically fit to work onsite, in confined spaces, and at heights.
• Strong knowledge of welding defects and troubleshooting.

Working Hours:

• 10 working hours per day
• Any additional hours will be counted as overtime according to company policy
