Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) Coordinator

Full-Time | Burnet, TX | 4-Day Work Week

Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of children and families in the Texas Hill Country? The Hill Country Children’s Advocacy Center (HCCAC) is a nonprofit dedicated to providing hope, healing, and justice for children impacted by abuse. We are seeking a passionate and organized Multidisciplinary Team Coordinator to help strengthen our partnerships with law enforcement, CPS, prosecutors, and other agencies who protect our most vulnerable.

As the MDT Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of a collaborative effort that ensures children receive the safety, care, and advocacy they deserve. This role combines case coordination, data tracking, and partner engagement with opportunities to shape training, support grant applications, and build a strong, effective response team across our five-county region.

What You’ll Do

  • Review and process statewide intake reports; maintain accurate case tracking systems.
  • Coordinate case reviews, forensic interviews, and forensic medical exams.
  • Facilitate communication, trainings, and orientations for MDT partners.
  • Strengthen relationships with partner agencies and encourage effective collaboration.
  • Assist with compiling data, reports, and MDT grant applications.
  • Contribute to a supportive, mission-driven team — with some on-call rotation duties.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in social services, criminal justice, or related field).
  • Experience with law enforcement, CPS, or DA offices required.
  • MDT experience preferred.
  • Strong communicator with excellent organizational and team-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to high ethical standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
