Multilingual Sales Agent – Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Multilingual Sales Agent to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will leverage their language skills to communicate with a diverse client base, promote our property portfolio, and close sales in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients in multiple languages.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions.
• Prepare and process sales agreements, contracts, and necessary documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, trends, and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language (e.g., Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin, Chinese).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate software is a plus.
• Valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).
