Position Overview
We seeking a creative, highly motivated, and versatile Multimedia Content Creator & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow the company’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for photography, videography, content creation, video editing, social media management, and digital marketing campaigns. This role requires an all-rounder who can independently produce high-quality content while supporting the company's branding, lead generation, and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
- Capture professional photos and videos of properties, events, project launches, client activities, and company campaigns.
- Plan, create, and execute engaging content for social media platforms.
- Produce high-quality reels, promotional videos, interviews, testimonials, and marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and content ideas aligned with company branding.
Photography & Videography
- Conduct property photography and videography sessions.
- Cover company events, exhibitions, open houses, broker events, and promotional activities.
- Ensure all visual content meets company standards and brand guidelines.
- Maintain an organized archive of photos, videos, and digital assets.
Video Editing & Graphic Content
- Edit videos for social media, digital advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Create short-form and long-form content suitable for various platforms.
- Enhance visual content through color correction, sound editing, transitions, motion graphics, and creative effects.
- Design simple marketing creatives and visual materials when required.
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain all company social media accounts.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor content across multiple platforms.
- Develop content calendars and posting schedules.
- Engage with online audiences and support brand visibility initiatives.
- Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Support lead generation activities through online channels.
- Coordinate social media advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Branding & Marketing Support
- Ensure consistency of branding across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and management teams on promotional activities.
- Support the creation of marketing materials for projects, events, and campaigns.
- Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
Working Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Working days: Monday to Saturday.
- Working hours shall be determined by company requirements, scheduled events, marketing activities, and operational needs.
- Flexibility may be required for event coverage, property shoots, and campaign-related activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in photography, videography, and video editing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Experience with photography and videography equipment.
- Basic graphic design skills are an advantage.
- Understanding of digital marketing and lead generation principles.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in real estate marketing is an advantage.
Ownership & Confidentiality
- All photos, videos, raw files, edited files, captions, marketing materials, and content created during employment shall remain the exclusive property of Deniz Properties LLC.
- The employee shall maintain confidentiality regarding company information, clients, projects, marketing strategies, and internal business matters.
- All content must be approved by the Company before publication or distribution.
Reporting Line
The employee shall report directly to the Management and coordinate closely with the Sales Administration and Marketing Teams regarding content schedules, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
