Responsibilities & Authorities
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop creative strategies and translate business objectives into high-impact visual assets.
- Conceptualise, design, and produce a wide range of multimedia content (graphics, videos, animations, etc.) aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage the full production cycle for photo and video projects, including capturing professional-grade content (product shots, event coverage), post-production editing and supervising external videographers when required.
- Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, infographics, case studies, and wall graphics for trade shows.
- Produce engaging visuals for digital platforms, including website assets, social media posts, digital ads, and landing page visuals.
- Create high-quality 3D animations and rendered visuals of products, as well as animated 3D videos.
- Learn to operate and maintain in-house production equipment, including a wide-format printer for stickers and labels, and an engraving machine for branded materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design innovations, and digital media best practices.
- Prepare and conduct training for internal staff on basic design tools or branding guidelines when required.
- Provide timely updates on project progress, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
- Maintain consistency of brand identity across all creative output.
- Ensure all creative output meets quality standards.
- Comply with company policies, confidentiality requirements, and safety standards.
