We’re a fast-growing agency with a strong reputation in the orthodontic space. Our services include SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram ads, and follow-up systems - all designed to deliver more patients and measurable results.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment serving multiple clients across the dental and orthodontic industry. You’ll create high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other platforms combining strong design skills, video editing experience, and a deep understanding of what makes ads convert.

This role is ideal for someone who loves turning performance data into creative insights, can move quickly without losing attention to detail, and is excited to help multiple brands grow through effective, on-brand visual storytelling.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and scale high-performing ad creatives for multiple client brands across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
  • Edit short-form video ads and repurpose content for a variety of placements (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etc.), with occasional long-form projects
  • Adapt creative assets to align with each client’s unique branding, voice, and campaign goals.
  • Produce multiple variations of graphics and videos for A/B testing, creative refreshes, and campaign scaling.
  • Ensure all creative assets meet advertising standards, specs, and policy compliance across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with the Advertising Manager and account teams to translate data insights into new creative angles and optimizations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organization and consistency across client folders, assets, and timelines.
  • Stay current on digital advertising and design trends to help keep client campaigns competitive and engaging.

Requirements:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing in an agency or multi-brand environment.
  • Understanding of Meta and Google Ads creative specs, best practices, and policy guidelines.
  • Strong portfolio showing a range of ad creatives (static and video) developed for paid campaigns across different industries.
  • Excellent design fundamentals - composition, color, typography, etc. combined with a direct-response mindset.
  • Comfortable working within templates and systems to efficiently scale creative output for multiple brands.
  • Must submit portfolio to be considered.
  • Must be located in the United States. Arizona Preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
