Job Overview

We're looking for a fast, efficient, and reliable Multimedia Designer (Contract) to help produce high-quality visuals across our digital channels. This role requires strong hands-on design execution in Figma and practical Al design tool knowledge. You'll work remotely, independently or with a cross-functional team, delivering consistent, on-brand assets at speed. Ideal for designers with 1-3 years of experience who are hungry to learn, ship, and iterate.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce on-brand assets in Figma for social, landing pages, emails, ads, and simple web/mobile
• Use Al creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Sora, Flow, Gemini, Flux, Runway, etc) to accelerate ideation, moodboards, variations, and rapid prototyping.
• Adapt and version assets for multiple formats, sizes, and platforms with pixel-perfect attention to detail.
• Maintain clean files, libraries, and component systems; contribute to streamlining workflows and asset management.
• Collaborate with marketers, product managers, and designers; take feedback and iterate quickly.
• Manage your own deadlines and priorities; communicate progress and risks early.
• (Bonus) Create basic motion deliverables (GIFs, short edits) and lightweight animations for social/paid.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands-on design experience (in-house, agency, freelance, or equivalent portfolio).
• Figma expertise: components, auto-layout, variants, responsive resizing.
• Demonstrated Al literacy in design workflows (prompting, image generation, upscaling, cleanup, video tools) in your porrfolio
• Portfolio showing clean visual craft, typographic control, and multi-format adaptability.
• Fast executor with strong file hygiene, versioning, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and within a distributed team; clear, proactive communication.
• Remote work-ready with reliable connectivity and time management.
• (Nice to have) Experience in fintech/crypto/Web3; basic understanding of performance/paid media specs.
