Multimedia Manager

We are hiring a Multimedia Production Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end media creation across animation, video editing, and 3D production. The role ensures timely, high-quality output while guiding a multidisciplinary creative team. You will manage resources, maintain workflow efficiency, and support hands-on execution when needed. Your leadership will directly impact production quality, innovation, and overall creative performance at NOK Human Capital.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise multimedia teams in animation, video editing, and 3D production.
• Oversee production pipelines from planning to final delivery.
• Ensure all outputs meet brief requirements, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
• Manage deadlines, resource allocation, and team workload.
• Contribute hands-on to production when required.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and schedules with project management.
• Collaborate with copywriting teams on scripts, storytelling, and creative direction.
• Integrate AI-driven workflows and tools to improve production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and optimize production processes.
• Mentor team members and maintain a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of multimedia production experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video, animation, motion graphics, or CGI work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, animation principles, and design trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects, teams, and tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Full-time onsite availability at the employer’s Alexandria location.
