Multimedia Producer

Shoot. Edit. Repeat. We’re looking for a Multimedia Producer at Medium Rare.

The Role:

Are you a "Swiss Army Knife" of content? Medium Rare is looking for a Multimedia Producer who is just as comfortable behind a camera lens as they are behind an editing screen. We don't just want someone who can hit "record"—we need a visual storyteller who understands that a great edit is a mix of rhythm, cultural nuance, and the psychological "hooks" that stop the scroll.

What you’ll be doing:

• The Shoot: Lead small-to-mid-sized shoots (BTS, interviews, social content) with a keen eye for lighting, composition, and capturing "the moment."
• The Edit: Turn raw files into high-energy, cinematic assets for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Social-First Thinking: Adapt master films into vertical formats. You’ll be responsible for native Arabic typography, pacing for the algorithm, and creating thumb-stopping hooks.
• ⁠Trend-Spotting: Actively monitor social media trends and trending audio within the MENA region to ensure our content is always relevant and "of the moment."
• Cultural Edge: Ensure our content resonates with the Arabic-speaking world through perfect language nuances and visual trends.

What we’re looking for:

• The Toolkit: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. Professional-level camera operation.
• ⁠Native Arabic Speaker: Essential for editing rhythm, subtitle accuracy, and understanding regional slang/humor.
• ⁠Social Media IQ: You live and breathe social media. You know what works on LinkedIn vs. what goes viral on TikTok, and you understand how to use platform features to maximize reach.
• ⁠Trend Savvy: You can identify a rising trend or trending audio track before it peaks and know exactly how to pivot creative to fit the wave.
• ⁠Portfolio: A reel that proves you can shoot, edit, and optimize content specifically for social engagement.
