Multiple Vacancies – Engineering & Administrative Positions

We are a well-established and fast-growing construction company committed to excellence, innovation, and quality across all our projects. To support our continued growth, we are actively seeking qualified and motivated professionals to fill the following positions:

1. Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning team in developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules.
  • Manage overall project controls including planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Provide strategic input on schedule optimization and resource allocation.
  • Ensure integration of planning and cost control functions.
  • Conduct forensic delay analysis and prepare extension of time (EOT) claims.
  • Liaise with senior management, clients, and subcontractors on project timelines.
  • Lead risk assessment workshops and drive mitigation planning.
  • Prepare and review and present claims , EOT & Variation Orders .

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in planning/scheduling with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and planning tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of planning best practices and industry standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience in large-scale Projects or EPC projects is a plus.

  • PMP or PSP certification is preferred.

2. Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
  • Monitor project progress and update timelines accordingly
  • Analyze deviations from the baseline plan and recommend corrective actions
  • Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure timely project delivery
  • Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients
  • Prepare and present claims , EOT & Variation Orders .

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in project planning within the construction industry
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

3. Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects (civil, MEP, etc.)
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents for accurate pricing
  • Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
  • Bid preparation and tender submissions
  • Maintain cost database and update unit rates regularly

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in estimation for construction projects
  • Proficient in estimation software such as Candy, PlanSwift, or Excel
  • Familiarity with local market prices and construction practices
  • High attention to detail and time management

4. Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, BOQs, and cost reports
  • Evaluate subcontractor invoices and certify payments
  • Conduct site measurements and re-measurements
  • Assist in contract administration and change order evaluations
  • Monitor costs to ensure project stays within budget
  • Pre-Contract Take-off Quantities and prepare Bid submissions
  • Prepare and submit Projects Payments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC and standard construction contracts
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Quantity Surveying software
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills

5. QA/QC Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures on-site
  • Conduct inspections and tests to ensure work complies with specifications
  • Prepare inspection reports, method statements, and ITPs
  • Liaise with clients and consultants for quality inspections
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with ISO standards
  • Prepare and submit material submittals and other engineering works

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 8+ years of QA/QC experience in construction projects
  • Familiarity with QA/QC standards, ISO 9001, and project specifications
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility

6. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles
  • Develop job descriptions and post job ads on appropriate platforms
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Support employer branding initiatives and onboarding processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field certificate and experience
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment or HR
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines efficiently

_ 7. Cost Control Engineer _

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control project budgets and cost performance
  • Develop cost control systems and procedures
  • Track and report actual costs vs. budgeted costs
  • Analyse cost variances and recommend corrective actions
  • Coordinate with planning, procurement, and finance teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of cost control experience in construction projects
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, ERP systems, and cost control tools
  • Ability to analyse and interpret financial data

8. Human Resources Officer / HR Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily HR operations including employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination
  • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and training processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Handle employee relations, leave management, and general HR documentation
  • Support performance evaluation and disciplinary procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of generalist HR experience
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software

9. HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Lead workforce planning and talent management initiatives
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws
  • Guide and mentor the HR team to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus)
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law, HR best practices, and organizational development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

10. Senior Procurement officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies aligned with company goals and project timelines.
  • Manage the procurement process from sourcing to delivery for construction materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
  • Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, price, delivery time, and service.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and ensure compliance.
  • Ensure that all procurement activities are aligned with company policies and local UAE regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to understand material and service requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
  • Monitor market trends, product availability, and price fluctuations to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Handle procurement documentation and approvals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Continuously seek and implement process improvements for better efficiency and cost control.
  • Prepare Purchasing Orders , LPOs , LOIs…etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in the UAE construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local UAE suppliers, construction materials, and market pricing.
  • Proven negotiation, contract management, and vendor evaluation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in procurement software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong ethical standards and attention to detail.
