Job Title: Munshi / Cholistan Supervisor

Location: Cholistan / Field Operations

Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and hardworking Munshi / Cholistan Supervisor to oversee daily field operations, manage labor teams, maintain records, and ensure the smooth functioning of machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong supervisory skills, technical knowledge of machinery maintenance, and experience in managing workers in remote field locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily activities of laborers and field workers.
• Ensure proper attendance, discipline, and productivity of all workers.
• Maintain records of labor, materials, equipment usage, and daily operations.
• Inspect, operate, and troubleshoot machinery and equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and coordinate maintenance of machinery when required.
• Ensure machinery is functioning efficiently and safely.
• Monitor field activities and report progress to management.
• Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, fuel, and other operational supplies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and logistics for field staff when required.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding operations and labor performance.
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure uninterrupted field operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Matriculation/Intermediate education.
• Experience as a Munshi, Field Supervisor, Farm Supervisor, or similar role.
• Ability to manage labor teams effectively.
• Knowledge of machinery operation, maintenance, and basic repair work.
• Good record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work in remote locations and field environments.
• Valid driving license will be preferred.

Salary: Market Competitive (Based on Experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
