What you’ll do

• Build, run, and maintain automations in n8n.
• Create AI agent workflows for outreach, follow-ups, and lead handling.
• Write outreach scripts for different businesses and niches.
• Connect APIs, CRMs, email tools, LinkedIn tools, and databases.
• Fix broken workflows and improve existing ones.
• Document workflows clearly for internal use.
• Work on-site with the acquisition and ops teams.

What you must have

• At least 6 months of hands-on n8n experience.
• Practical experience with AI agents (LLMs, prompts, logic flows).
• Strong grip on lead generation automations.
• Ability to write clear, human outreach messages.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and basic JavaScript.
• Familiarity with CRMs, email tools, and LinkedIn outreach flows.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenAI or similar LLM APIs.
• Background in B2B outreach or sales automation.
• Experience working with multiple client accounts.

Work setup

• On-site role only (no remote).
• Full-time.
• Work directly with founders and operators.
• Clear ownership and fast execution.
