We are looking for a hands-on n8n Specialist to help us build new workflows, troubleshoot errors, and optimize our existing automations. We need a "doer" who understands the technical side of n8n deeply.

What You Will Do

• Build & Maintain Workflows: Create reliable n8n workflows to automate business processes (e.g., parsing emails, updating CRMs, connecting to Google Sheets).
• API Connections: Connect external tools using Webhooks and HTTP Request nodes.
• Automation flows that interact with platforms lacking traditional APIs such as the use of tools like Browserless, Playwright, or Airtop to have n8n log into portals, navigate menus, and extract data or upload files.
• Integration: Connect AI models nodes and MCP servers to build smart agents that can analyze text and structured data.
• Custom Logic: Write JavaScript inside Code Nodes to transform data structures (JSON) when standard nodes aren't enough.Fix Errors: troubleshoot "crashed" executions, fix JSON mapping errors, and ensure data flows correctly between nodes.

Required Skills

• n8n Knowledge: You know how to use Split in Batches, Merge, Wait, and IF/Switch nodes effectively.
• JavaScript & JSON: You are comfortable writing custom code to map, filter, and format data.
• AI & LLMs: Experience using n8n’s AI nodes (connecting to OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini etc.).
• API Knowledge: You understand Webhooks, POST/GET requests, and API authentication.
• Browser Automation: Experience using n8n for headless browser tasks or web scraping.
• MCP (Model Context Protocol): Familiarity with connecting AI agents to local/external data sources using MCP.
