Position Summary:

Glam Street Salon is seeking a talented and passionate Nail Technician to join our growing team of beauty professionals. The ideal candidate is skilled in both classic and modern nail techniques, has a strong eye for detail, and is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.

As a Nail Technician, you’ll provide high-quality manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art while maintaining a clean and relaxing environment. You’ll also stay current with the latest trends, products, and sanitation standards in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manicures and pedicures, including shaping, polishing, exfoliating, and massage
• Apply nail enhancements such as acrylics, gels, and dip powder
• Create custom nail art and designs based on client preferences and trends
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, tools, and equipment in compliance with state regulations
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable services or products
• Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Stay updated on the latest nail techniques, tools, and trends through ongoing education
• Promote salon services, specials, and retail products

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician
• Strong understanding of nail care, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Artistic flair and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
