Responsibilities

• Provide professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on nail care routines, product recommendations, and maintenance tips to promote healthy nails.
• Stay current with the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and innovative techniques like 3D art or embellishments.
• Upsell retail products such as nail polishes, treatments, and skincare items to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently while providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and a positive salon atmosphere.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology.
• Proven experience in nail care services including gel application, acrylics, and intricate nail art.
• Knowledge of color theory to create visually appealing designs tailored to client preferences.
• Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional advice.
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols at all times.
• Ability to perform detailed work with steady hands while maintaining efficiency during busy hours.
• Additional skills such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, or hair threading are a plus but not required.
