Duties

• Deliver professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards to ensure client safety and hygiene at all times
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and color choices based on client preferences and skin tones
• Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, esthetic laser treatments, or hair styling to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Assist clients with retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and beauty accessories using retail math skills to maximize sales opportunities
• Stay current on industry trends like hair extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, and body waxing to offer comprehensive beauty solutions
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver an exceptional customer service experience

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care techniques
• Strong knowledge of color theory, nail care procedures, sanitation practices, and current beauty trends
• Experience with advanced services such as eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, or barbering is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their beauty goals
• Ability to perform detailed work while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Knowledge of retail sales strategies including upselling techniques to promote additional services and products
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends as needed
