Nail Technician ( All rounder)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Nail Technician specialized in Russian Gel techniques who can also perform a variety of beauty services. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality treatments that enhance client satisfaction and salon reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Nail Technician Duties:

• Perform Russian Gel manicure and pedicure with precision and attention to nail health.
• Apply nail extensions, builder gel, overlays, and nail art designs.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards for all nail tools and equipment.
• Advise clients on nail care, aftercare, and product recommendations.
• Keep up-to-date with new nail trends, techniques, and products.

All-Round Beautician Duties:

• Perform a range of beauty services such as waxing, threading, eyebrow shaping, facial treatments.
• Provide body treatments such as scrubs, massages (basic level), and wraps.
• Assist in client consultations and recommend suitable treatments based on individual needs.
• Ensure the treatment area and salon are always clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a pleasant and professional client experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician, with specialization in Russian Gel technique.
• Strong background as a Beautician or All-Round Therapist.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and salon safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and professional appearance.
• Diploma or certification in beauty/nail technology preferred.
• Previous experience in a high-end salon is an advantage.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
