Pay & Employment

$20 per hour
Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit
Overtime pay + daily bonuses available
W2 employee status (not an independent contractor)

Work 100 hours/month (~23 hrs/week) and receive:

• Membership to the International Nanny Association
• Access to our private nanny support community
• Paid sick time (as required by state/local law)
• Two extended education trainings annually

Work 150 hours/month and receive:

• $75 monthly healthcare stipend (eligibility requirements apply)

What We’re Looking For

• Availability for at least 2 full days per week
• 2+ years of professional childcare experience (infants through school-age)
• 3–4 professional childcare references
• CPR Certification
• Excellent communication skills and positive, adaptable attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (not required in NYC or San Francisco)
• Must be 18+ years old
