Nanny

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Nanny to provide exceptional care and support for children in a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, and will bring enthusiasm, patience, and creativity to their caregiving role. The Nanny will be responsible for ensuring children's well-being, supporting their growth, and creating a stimulating environment that encourages learning and fun.

Duties

• Provide attentive childcare for children of different ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs and preferences
• Engage children in educational activities, playtime, arts and crafts, reading, and outdoor exploration
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light cleaning and tidying up after children’s activities
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
• Assist with diapering, potty training, dressing, and other daily routines
• Support children with developmental needs or disabilities by implementing personalized care plans
• Foster positive behavior through encouragement, patience, and consistent discipline strategies
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress, activities, and any concerns

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with children in roles such as babysitting, daycare staff, or nannying
• Knowledge of child development stages across infancy to preschool age
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
• Experience with meal preparation suitable for young children’s nutritional requirements
• Comfort working with children who have special needs or disabilities
• Strong organizational skills to manage daily routines efficiently
• Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or specific family needs

Pay: $17.00 - $30.01 per hour
