About the Family and Children

This is a warm and thoughtful first-time nanny family navigating life with a brand new baby and an active preschooler. Both parents are present in the home during parts of the day and are learning what rhythm works best for their household. They are approaching this process with openness and flexibility and truly want to find the right long-term fit.

They value reliability, calm energy, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping a home run smoothly. The right person will feel like a supportive presence who helps lighten both the mental and physical load of the day.

Who Is the Right Fit

The right candidate for this home is someone who naturally steps in and helps without needing detailed direction. You notice when bottles need washing, when toys need a quick reset, or when a parent could use an extra hand.

You bring calm energy into a home, especially around an infant. You move through the day with patience, confidence, and a steady presence.

You are comfortable working alongside a parent and communicating openly about how the day went. You are dependable, punctual, and someone a family can trust to show up consistently and support their home during an important season.

If you love supporting families during the newborn stage and enjoy being both nurturing with children and genuinely helpful around the home, we would love to hear from you.
