Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Special Education, Child Development, Human Development & Family Science, Educational Psychology, or a closely related field
- Recent graduate strongly preferred (within approximately the last 1-3 years)
- Experience working with children through student teaching, practicum experiences, tutoring, camps, coaching, childcare, or nannying
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Clean driving record
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Must be willing and able to travel with the family for extended periods throughout the year, including domestic and occasional international travel
- Authorized to work in the United States
Primary Responsibilities
- School pickup and transportation
- Academic support and homework assistance
- Educational enrichment and learning activities
- Planning engaging age-appropriate activities
- Assisting with extracurricular schedules
- Children's meal and snack preparation
- Children's laundry and organization
- Accompany family on multiple trips annually, including extended summer travel and school-break travel
- Provide childcare support while traveling
- Occasional overnight care
Typical Weekly Schedule & Responsibilities
Weekday Hours
- Monday: 7:00–8:30 AM and 2:00–6:30 PM (6 hours)
- Tuesday: 7:00–8:30 AM and 2:00–6:30 PM (6 hours)
- Wednesday: 7:00–8:30 AM and 3:00–6:30 PM (5 hours)
- Thursday: 7:00–8:30 AM and 2:30–6:30 PM (5.5 hours)
- Friday: Off
Weekend Hours
- One weekend day (typically Sunday): 4–5 hours for sports and activity transportation/support
- Saturday evenings (1–2 times per month): 5:00–11:00 PM for childcare coverage
- Weekend schedule may be adjusted with advance notice based on family and nanny availability
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
