Job Overview

Duties

• Provide attentive childcare tailored to <PERSON>'s developmental needs across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring dietary requirements are met with care and attention to health standards
• Engage <PERSON> in educational activities, playtime, reading, and creative exercises to stimulate learning and development
• Maintain a safe environment by implementing safety protocols, supervising activities, and performing regular safety checks
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to childcare such as cleaning toys, organizing play areas, and laundry for <PERSON>
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns
• Support <PERSON> with daily routines including diapering, bathing, dressing, nap times, and potty training as appropriate

Skills

• Proven experience in nannying or childcare roles with a focus on infant care, toddler care, and preschool activities
• Knowledge of first aid procedures and the ability to respond calmly in emergency situations
• Strong skills in meal preparation tailored to children’s nutritional needs
• Ability to work effectively with children who have disabilities or special needs
• Experience with cleaning routines related to childcare environments to ensure hygiene standards are maintained
• Familiarity with teaching techniques suitable for early childhood development
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and caregivers
