Nanny and Babysitter

Compensation:
$23–$25 per hour; overtime $34.50–$37.50 per hour

Overview:
Childcare role supporting families with flexible nanny/sitter assignments. Focus on engaging children through play, reading, and activities while maintaining communication with parents. Opportunities for training, growth, and consistent placements.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Minimum 1 year childcare experience (infant and up)
• Available at least 3 days/week between 7am–7pm
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Ability to help with elementary-level homework (up to 5th grade)
• Provide 3 references (2 childcare-related, 1 character)
• Dependable, communicative, and child-focused

Certifications:

• CPR/First Aid (provided if needed)

Working Conditions:
Active, child-centered environment including play, light cleanup, and outdoor time. Requires lifting up to 35 lbs, frequent movement, and ability to respond quickly and calmly in various situations.
