Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $35–$45/hour
Parking: Excellent — unlimited street parking
Commitment: One year with potential to extend

About the Family:
This is a warm, loving family looking for a true long-term partnership with the right nanny for their infant. Both parents work from home in separate office spaces, and the home has a comfortable setup for care — living room, kitchen, dining area, and baby's room. They are looking for someone who will partner closely with them and help support a stable, nurturing routine.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive infant care with a strong understanding of feeding schedules, wake windows, naps, and soothing routines
- Support the baby's development through reading, play, tummy time, and age-appropriate activities
- Help maintain a consistent daily rhythm and adapt to the baby's changing needs
- Assist with sleep support and age-appropriate sleep training when ready
- Help with baby-related tasks and light child-focused cleanup
- Drive as needed for baby errands and outings

Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced infant caregiver with a strong background in the first year of life
- Energetic, warm, calm, and confident with a chatty, high-needs baby
- Comfortable working in a home where parents are present but working separately
- Flexible, proactive, and able to follow and support the family's routines
- Japanese language skills are highly desired but not required
- Open to a long-term role and building a strong partnership with the family
- Responsive, aware of baby girls needs

Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Infant CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
