About Carilly

Carilly connects trusted caregivers with families seeking reliable childcare support. As we launch our new Hampton Roads location, we are building a team of exceptional sitters who are passionate about creating safe, positive, and fun experiences for children of all ages.

We are seeking babysitters who are:

• Responsible, punctual, and professional
• Experienced caring for infants, toddlers, or school-age children
• Friendly, patient, and engaging
• Comfortable following family routines and instructions
• Strong communicators with both children and parents
• CPR/First Aid certified (preferred but not required) It will be required upon hire

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and safe childcare
• Plan age-appropriate activities and playtime
• Prepare simple meals and snacks
• Assist with bedtime or homework routines when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized play environment
• Communicate updates with parents during and after care

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Prior babysitting, nannying, daycare, or childcare experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Flexible availability is a plus
